Every living person has problems

March 9, 2008 at 3:52 pm (li&Fe)

What is the secret ingredient of tough people that enables them to succeed? Why do they survive the tough times when others are overcome by them?  Why do they win when others lose?  Why do they soar when others sink?

The answer is very simple. It’s allin how they perceive their problems.  Yes, every living person has problems. A problem-free life is an illusion-a mirage in the desert.  Accept that fact.

Every mountain has a peak. Every valley has its low point. Life has its ups and downs, its peaks and its valleys. No one is up all the time, nor are they down all the time.  Problems do end.  They are all resolved in time.

You may not be able to control the times, but you can compose your response.  You can turn your pain into profanity -or into poetry.  The choice is up to you.  You may not have chosen your tough time, but you can choose how you will react to it.

For instance, what is the positive reaction to a terrible financial setback?  In this situation would it be the positive reaction to cop out and run away?  Escape through alcohol, drug, or suicide?  No! Such negative reactions only produce greater problems by promising a temporary solution to the pressing problem.

The positive solution to a problem may require courage to initiate it.  When you control your reaction to the seemingly uncontrollable problem of life, then in fact you do control the problem’s effect on you.  Your reaction to the problem is the last word!  That’s the bottom line.  What will you let this problem do to you?  It can make you tender or tough. It can make you better or bitter.  It all depends on you.

In the final analysis, the tough people who survive the tough times do so because they’ve chosen to react positively to their predicament.  Tough times never last, but tough people do.  Tough people stick it out.  History teaches us that every problem has a lifespan.

No problem is permanent.  Storms always give way to the sun.  Winter always thaws into springtime.  Your storm will pass.  Your winter will thaw.  Your problem will be solved.

friendship forever

March 6, 2008 at 3:01 pm (li&Fe)

“A friend walk in when the rest of the world walks out.”
  Sometimes in life,
  You find a special friend;
Someone who changes your life just by being part of it.
  Someone who makes you laugh until you can‘t stop;
Someone who makes you believe that there really is good in the world.
Someone who convinces you that there really is an unlocked door just waiting for you to open it.
  This is Forever Friendship.
  when you‘re down,
and the world seems dark and empty,
Your forever friend lifts you up in spirits and makes that dark and empty world
  suddenly seem bright and full.
Your forever friend gets you through the hard times, the sad times, and the confused times.
If you turn and walk away,
  Your forever friend follows,
  If you lose you way,
Your forever friend guides you and cheers you on.
Your forever friend holds your hand and tells you that everything is going to be okay.
And if you find such a friend,
  You feel happy and complete,
  Because you need not worry,
Your have a forever friend for life,
  And forever has no end.

March 3, 2008 at 3:51 pm (my ◇view)

In my first class, my lecturer gives me a good impression. She is very kindness and humorous. To be a teacher need you have a creative thinking she said. Acutually in the classroom students take many problems to teacher, we need have some special skills to deal with. Maybe some naughty affects the classroom enviroment, as a teacher we can use some different method between them.

After the class, I found some information from goolge research about the creative thinking, critical thinking, the bloom’s taxonomy, cognition and the relation knowledge.  When reading this article, I have more ideas about thinking skills. I will read more article about this. This is my first week reflection. Thanks view. ^_^

As we all know, eyes are of vital importance to human beings. Eyes to us are like water to fish. We cherish them not only because they are indispensable parts of our bodies but also because they are considered as the window of the souls.

Apart from our tongue, from my point of view, eyes are another kind of language we use to express ourselves. Through one’s eyes, we can read sorrow, happiness or encouragement and many other emotions.Everyday we use our eyes to look around the world. The colourful world can arrpear in my eyeshot. But when we can see this flowery world, have some disabled people who can’t see the world since they born. Everything has two sides so we should to sympathize them. When we see a blind person we can help them as possible as we can. We have a warm-hearted to help them. This world will be more love, kindness and peaceful.

Eyes are like a mirror from which you can see yourself clearly, thoroughly and objectively. Through one’s eyes, we know where our weaknesses and strengths lie, thus we can learn from others and enhance ourselves. So sometimes, you see, only an eye to make a dark day bright.
